Rony Chanoch-Myers, PhD

Rony joined the lab as a research fellow in September 2024 after completing her PhD in Itay Tirosh’s lab at the Weizmann Institute, where she focused on intra-tumor heterogeneity in glioblastoma. A computational biologist with a strong interest in cancer research, Rony is interested in studying the epigenetic mechanisms that drive tumorigenesis.

Daniel Solvie, PhD

Daniel joined the Bernstein Lab as a research fellow in November 2023. He completed his PhD in the lab of Martin Eilers at JMU Wuerzburg in Germany, studying the molecular mechanisms of the oncoprotein MYC as a stress resilience factor.

Daniel Fridman

Daniel is a PhD student in BIG (Bioinformatics and Integrative Genomics) at Harvard Medical School. He is interested in applying computational biology to study gene regulation. He joined the Bernstein lab in June 2023 and is working with Justin Becker to study the regulation of transposable elements in cancer using long-read Nanopore sequencing technology.

Eran Hodis, MD/PhD

Eran is a Medical Oncology Fellow at Dana-Farber/Mass-General Brigham where he treats patients with melanoma. He completed his M.D. at Harvard Medical School and MIT, and his Ph.D. at Harvard University in biophysics where his work focused on elucidating and studying the somatic mutations that cause cancer, with a focus on melanoma. He joined the … Continued

Chadi El Farran, PhD

Chadi El Farran is a Lebanese national who joined the lab as a Research Fellow. Chadi is interested in deciphering the cell-cell communication patterns that define the fate and function of these cells. He is also keen on studying the epigenetic and transcriptomic changes which are associated with diseases.
